We are two sisters passionate about yoga and well-being. Our mission is to share with you our love of yoga and guide you towards a more harmonious and fulfilling way of life.

Our Yoga Classes

​

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we offer courses adapted to all levels. Our sessions include:

  • Hatha Yoga: to strengthen and balance the body and mind.

  • Hatha flow: that offers the benefits of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa, combining held postures with fluid transitions, all synchronized with breathing. 

  • Vinyasa Flow: a fluid sequence of postures to energize your practice.

  • Power Yoga: that combines demanding postures with fluid sequences, focused on improving strength, endurance and flexibility, while promoting good management of stress and body energy.  

  • Yin Yoga: to deeply relax the muscles and soothe the mind.

  • Yoga Nidra: a powerful practice of relaxation and guided meditation, making it possible to reach a state of consciousness between awakening and sleep. It is an ideal method to relax deeply and explore the mind.

JULIE

Originally from France, I am currently based in Helsinki, Finland.

After a major breakthrough in my lifestyle and work ten years ago, I travelled for a few years to meet the world and myself, to discover, learn, practice, teach, get out of my comfort zone and much more.

For more than six years, I have been a yoga teacher, dedicated to sharing the benefits of this practice with my students.

My mission is to guide everyone towards a better self-understanding and a harmonious balance between body and mind.

I look forward to practicing with you.

GHISLAINE

My nickname is Gigi, and I am delighted to introduce myself to you today. Here are some key aspects of my journey and passions:

I am originally and currently based in Marseille - France.

For now three years, I have been dedicated to yoga. My approach is holistic, integrating body and mind through different yoga, meditation and pranayama practices.

Before turning to yoga, I was a choreographic artist and dance teacher, which allowed me to develop a deep understanding of movement and body expression.

I studied in India, the cradle of this ancestral discipline. This experience enriched me and strengthened my desire to share these knowledge authentic teachings.

My goal is to transmit quality teaching, based on listening, benevolence and authenticity. I aspire to guide my students towards a self-discovery, by cultivating patience and inner harmony.

I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
